HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT LOCATION BY TRAIN?



By Public Transport

From Göppingen Central Station, the festival venue is just a 20-minute walk away. 

Alternatively, you can take one of the following bus lines: 
- 914 towards Kirchheim 
- 932 towards Schwäbisch Gmünd Bahnhof
- 911 towards Albershausen, Gemeindeländerweg 
- 915 towards Rechberghausen, Ebene / Schule 

Please make sure to check the departure times before your journey. 


WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?



Yes, there will be a limited number of parking spaces available, but due to the limitation, it's better to come by train.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR VORTEX?


Vortex is for ages 18 and older - no exceptions!

INFORMATION ON PURCHASING TICKETS



Every purchase is final! We do not offer refunds for artist cancellations.
Possessing the tickets does NOT constitute a right of access to the event. Anyone who has acquired the right to visit from an official source and is able to attend this event is entitled to enter.
Tickets that are reported lost, stolen, or resold at a surcharge will be blocked!

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET?


No, it is generally not possible to cancel the tickets. However, you can easily resell your ticket through Ticketswap safely.

IS THERE A RE-ENTRY?



No, re-entry is not possible for noise protection reasons!


CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?

    

No, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. There are various bars and food trucks available to cater to your needs!

WHO CAN I CONTACT IN CASE OF INJURY, PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT, SEXUAL ASSAULT, ETC.

To make the festival as pleasant as possible for everyone, paramedics and our awareness team will be present. You can contact us at any time if you have any problems. We will take your concerns very seriously and will of course take care of them with the necessary discretion! We will announce in advance on social media how you can recognize our awareness team.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE FESTIVAL:

Deodorant

Food & Drinks

Bulky items (flags, umbrellas, etc.)

Any weapons, whether legal or subject to licensing under the Weapons Act. Weapons and their carriers will be reported to the police immediately!

Items not covered by the Weapons Act but still pose a threat (such as kitchen knives, pocket knives, tools)

Professional photo and film equipment without prior notification. Your private digital camera is, of course, allowed.

Medications in unusual quantities or not in their original packaging Igniters and fireworks, pyrotechnic items

Markers, pens (except makeup)

Gas spray cans, corrosive, flammable, coloring substances, or containers with substances that affect health and/or are easily flammable.

Containers with liquids (e.g., nail polish remover, body lotion, perfume) in unusual quantities

IS IT ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE HALL?



No, there is a general ban on smoking in the hall! However, there is an outdoor smoking area (ONLY MAIN EVENT)
